These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 88dk online gaming platform and its users ("you" or "member"). It is your responsibility to read this document carefully.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and funds may be forfeited. Family members may open separate accounts; however, operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address will be treated as fraudulent activity.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure.

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your 88dk account username and password completely confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. You are personally responsible for all activity conducted from your account.

3.2 Account Verification

88dk reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal request. As part of this process, a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identity document may be requested.

3.3 Account Inactivity

An account with no transactions for 12 months or more may be considered inactive. 88dk will notify the member in advance by email regarding any inactive account.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the 88dk platform:

• Bank Transfer — Major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Applicable transaction fees may apply to any deposit.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• After a withdrawal request is approved, funds are generally sent within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if the wagering requirement on any active bonus has not been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,200 bonus → a total of ৳2,200 available to play.
• ৳14,000 or more deposited → maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → total of ৳22,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 VIP Cashback

88dk has four VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier upgrades are based on your continued active participation and gaming activity. 88dk reserves the right to determine the criteria for VIP status.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for personal use only and are non-transferable.
• Attempting to claim a bonus through fraudulent means will result in account closure.
• 88dk reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

6.1 Betting Policy

All bets placed on the 88dk platform are final and cannot be changed after results have been announced. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical error, 88dk will take appropriate action and, where necessary, cancel the bet and return the stake.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All odds are subject to change and depend on the conditions of the event. 88dk is not liable for disconnections during live betting.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games on 88dk are operated by third-party software providers, including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and others. The outcome of each game is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures the game is completely fair.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88dk platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Participating in games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Colluding with other members to gain bonus or gaming advantages.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in another person's name.
• Exploiting any technical error in the platform — members are responsible for reporting such errors to 88dk immediately.
• Harassing, intimidating, or disturbing other members.

88dk reserves the right to permanently close an account and forfeit funds if these terms are violated.

8.1 Self-Control Features

Members may apply the following limits to their own accounts:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits

12.1 Suspension by 88dk

88dk may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to verify identity.
• By order of a court, investigating authority, or government body.
